Spring Break Mini Clinics

Zoned will be holding our very popular Mini Clinics while school is out for spring break. We will have two-day mini clinic's for hitting, fielding and pitching for an hour. It is the perfect way to get in your reps and rips!

Fielding clinics will go over:

Fundamentals of Infield Play

Ready Position / Pre-pitch movement

Footwork-approach to the ball

Proper angle to ball

Double-Play Pivots

Backhand/Forehand Drills

The short-hop

Fielding to throwing position

Hitting Clinics will go over:

Grip: Knocking knuckles

Stance: Distance in batter's box

Balance: Throughout swing

Hips: Fire hips to ball

Approach: Build Confident and aggressive hitters

Vision: See the ball early, 2.0 eyes

Timing: Various timing drills

Pitching Clinics will go over:

Proper Pitch Grips (4 seam, 2 seam, changeup)

Discuss common issues

Mechanical flaws

Go over importance of long toss

Mental approach

Proper flat ground into pitching off the mound
