You'll have access to a warm up, throwing program, infield drills, outfield drills, catching drills, fielding progressions, hitting drills and a strength program. All with little or no equipment. Have fun with mom, dad, sibling, anyone that will help you.
Over the next 3 weeks, we'll take a look at the situation and hopefully we're able to get back to work at Zoned. If not, we'll continue to send you workouts to do on your own at home, in your garage or backyard. When the season starts we will be READY to 'PLAY BALL'!
