  • Graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice
  • Played professional baseball for 2 years with the Cincinnati Reds
  • After his years with the Reds, he played 2 years of independent professional baseball with the Evansville Otters.
  • During his college career, he won the Big East Championship at Rutgers & was drafted after his Junior Year, 2007

  • Graduated Timothy Christian HS in 2005
  • Graduated Eastern Nazarene College in 2009 with a degree in Sports Management
  • Dave's coaching philosophy consists of being very aggressive on the base paths and throwing quality strikes. Play the game the right way and games are won and lost in the details.
  • During his senior year at ENC, he hit .400 and led the conference in OBP (.520). He also posted a .979 fielding percentage at 1B.

  • Dave was an assistant (fielding) coach at Lasell College in 2013 & 2014. Before that he coached at ENC in 2012. Before that, he was an assistant coach at Timothy Christian HS in 2011.While at ENC, as the teams hitting coach, the lions hit .281 and finished 4th in the league with 11 homeruns. During his time at Lasell, they were top 20 in the nation in defensive fielding percentage

  • Andrew's coaching experience consists of College Travel Teams. These teams included The Bayside Yankees 14U- Assistant Coach. The Zoned RedHawks 14, 15U- Head Coach.
  • Andrew is now the Raritan Valley Community College- Head Coach
  • Andrew's playing experience is 4 year Varsity starter- Gunnery School and 2 years- CCNY (captain) 2 years- St. Thomas Aquinas.

  • During his playing career he was a 3 time Captain at the Gunnery School and 1st team all-conference his senior year.

Chris EickhorstChris Eickhorst
  • Graduated Immaculata HS in 1998
  • Played college baseball at Kean University and was drafted 2 times
  • Drafted by the Tampa Bay Devil Rays in 2001 and Signed with the St. Louis as a catcher in 2002.
  • Chris played 8 years of professional baseball and finished his career playing with the Somerset Patriots and Newark Bears in the Atlantic League
  • Played professional baseball as both a catcher and pitcher which makes him a both very effective coaching both positions
  • Chris resides in Basking Ridge NJ and is a die-hard Seattle Seahawks fan
  • Chris had the opportunity to catch Mariano Rivera in his very last All-Star appearance at City Field in 2013.
Steve NikorakSteve Nikorak
  • Graduated Stroudsburg HS in 2007
  • Graduated Temple University in 2012 with a degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship
  • Drafted by the Chicago White Sox in the 2012 MLB Draft as a third baseman in the 32nd round
  • Some of Steve's career notes at Temple University include: Named first team All-Atlantic 10 Conference in 2011 & 2012. Left Temple as school's all-time leader with 65 doubles. Is tied for fourth with 228 hits. Led the Owls in hits (62), doubles (14), homers (7), runs scored (46) and RBIs (42) in 2012. Led the Atlantic 10 with 58 RBIs and 23 doubles in 2011. Led the Owls in HR's (11), Doubles (23) and RBI's (58) in 2011.
  • Steve was named the 2 Time Pocono Record "Player of the Year" at Stroudsburg High School. He was a 4 year Varsity letter winner in Baseball and Football, 3 year Varsity letter winner in Basketball.
  • He played professional baseball with the Somerset Patriots in 2014 in the Atlantic League and currently plays with the New Jersey Jackals in the Can-Am league.

  • Carlos graduated from South Plainfield HS
  • Carlos graduated from Rowan University with a degree in Law & Justice in 2014
  • While at South Plainfield HS, Carlos received several awards.
  • High School: All Division, All Conference, All Area. 2009 Don Mattingly Tournament State Champions. 2009 Don Mattingly World Series Participant. 2010 Defensive Player of the Year at South Plainfield. Several career and single season records holder.
  • During his college career, Carlos received several awards and accolades: Back to back New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships in 2013 & 2014. NCAA Regional Tournament Participant 2012-2014. Led New Jersey Athletic Conference in saves (5), appearances (17), games in relief (17), and games finished (11) in 2014. Played for New Market Rebels in Valley Baseball League and Jersey Pilots in Atlantic Collegiate Baseball League.

  • Kathy graduated George Mason University Health Fitness and Recreation Resources with a concentration in Sports Management and a minor in Accounting
  • Kathy has an extensive coaching background that includes 17 Years of Elite Travel Coaching. Coach of Jersey Inferno Gold & Red. Coach of 23U NJ Elite. Director of Softball Operations for the Jennie Finch Softball Academy. Director of Softball Operations of East Coast Softball Academy.
  • Kathy's playing background consists of 4 years varsity at North Brunswick Township HS & then she was a 4 year letter winner at George Mason University
  • While in high school, Kathy was an All-State selection at both Pitcher & Shortstop
  • At George Mason University, Kathy received a ½ athletic scholarship and a ¼ academic scholarship.
  • Throughout Kathy's coaching career she has had 6 ASA State Championships and placed over a dozen athletes on ASA All American Teams.
  • Kathy's players have gone on to earn athletic scholarships to such universities as Alabama, Notre Dame, LSU, Penn State, UConn, UPenn, Princeton, Rutgers, Maryland, Florida, Stanford, Cornell, and many other accredited programs.
  • Kathy and her two sisters have all played competitive softball. Her sister Jen earned an athletic and academic scholarship to George Washington University and they had the opportunity to play against each other.

  • Duke played professional baseball for the Somerset Patriots in 2002 and has three years of professional baseball experience

  • Duke holds numerous hitting records at the University of North Florida. Set 3 hitting records at University of North Florida. He led the nation in doubles with 31 in 1997.

  • Lou graduated from Franklin High School
  • Lou attended and played baseball at Ft. Meyers Junior College (Florida)
  • He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Rutgers University
  • Played three seasons professionally in the Baltimore Orioles organization
  • Lou also played two seasons in professional winter ball with the Liga de Beisbol Professional de Puerto Rico (LBPPR)
  • Lou is a former Head Baseball Coach at Franklin H.S. and Founder of Warriors Baseball Camps
  • Lou is currently the hitting and Infield coach at Drew University

Carissa ConroyCarissa Conroy
  • Carissa graduated from Mills E. Godwin High School (Richmond, VA)
  • Lou attended and played baseball at Ft. Meyers Junior College (Florida)
  • Attended Rutgers University-New Brunswick with a graduated with a B.S. Exercise Science and Sports Studies: Sports Management (2009) a M.S. Educational Administration (2011) and a degree in Ed.D. Education, Culture and Society (expected graduation date Fall 2015)
  • Carissa's coaching experience includes: Giving pitching and hitting lessons since she was 14. Working camps and clinics while in college. She was also the Head Coach of an 18 under travel team from 2010-2012.
  • Carissa's playing experience includes being a 4 year Varsity starter at Mills E. Godwin High School and a 4 year scholarship student-athlete at Rutgers University.

Bryan HedgecockShawn Eickhorst
  • Bryan graduated from Ridge High School
  • Bryan attended St. Johns University where he played baseball. He graduated with a degree in Sports Management.
  • He also got his teaching Degree from Kean University
  • Bryan has an extensive list of coaching experience that includes being an assistant Varsity coach at Ridge HS for 8 years. He is currently the Head Coach at Chatham High School
  • After 4 years of playing baseball at St. Johns, Bryan played 1 year of professional baseball in the Frontier League for Mid-Missouri Mavericks
  • While in High School, he made the All-Tournament Team his senior year in the National Classic High School Tournament out in California.
  • Just recently, Bryan took a Chatham team that only won 5 games the year before to a 14 win team in his first year coaching.

  • Nick's coaching philosophy consists of playing hard and giving your best effort no matter what.
  • Nick went to division 1 Jr College at Hagerstown Maryland. He came back home for his sophomore year and went RVCC. For his JR and SR year he went FDU Madison where he started both years, made it to the conference tournament each year.

David HardenDavid Harden
  • Grew up in Marietta, Georgia playing for world renowned East Cobb Baseball. Won the 13u AAU National Championship with the East Cobb Astros as the #1 team in the country according to USA Baseball Rankings. Continued amateur baseball playing for East Cobb winning numerous youth national championships.
  • Attended NCAA Division 1 Mercer University where he pitched 37 innings as a Freshman. His Sophomore year he later transitioned to the team's #1 starter. After his second year, David transferred to NAIA powerhouse Southern Poly State in Marietta, GA, where in two years the team went 110-26 while making an appearance in the College World Series. After his Senior season, David received All-American honors.
  • Since then, David has played 5 years of professional baseball. Starting with playing for the Southern Illinois Miners of the Frontier League where he was a 2 time All-Star. After 2 years, David signed to play with the Somerset Patriots in the Atlantic League. After doing well his first season, David had his contract purchased by the EDA Rhinos of the Chinese Professional Baseball League in Taiwan where he excelled.
  • Most recently, David has thrown 28 innings for the Patriots this season with a .67 ERA both as a reliever and a starter. Going through a stretch where he didn't give up a run for 24 straight innings. Now, David has joined a new team at Zoned where he is excited to develop today's youth ball players.

  • Matt has extensive experience coaching at the high school level and travel baseball for all ages.
  • Matt has HS, College, Pro, ETC. He played College baseball and professional in the NYSL
  • Matt was top 5 in batting AVG as a freshman in college (in conference)
