The competitive nature of today’s women’s fast pitch softball players has made it necessary for those who desire to participate and gain its rewards, to maintain a year-round training and maintenance program.
Zoned’s professional softball teaching staff has designed systematic training programs to benefit the beginner as well as the collegiate ballplayer. Our instructors will teach each student ballplayer proper mechanics in addition to the strategic approach to the game. Each student ballplayer will learn proven techniques for training and game preparation.
Pitchers: Increase your pitch speeds, improve control, add pitches, learn to control the game.
Hitters: Learn the proper mechanics for a sound swing, make every at-bat a quality at-bat, learn situational hitting, become more confident at the plate.
Catchers: Make your pitchers look good by learning the proper catching techniques. Learn to: “frame” strikes, scoop and block pitches in the dirt, tag plays at home, handle pop-ups, bunts and make accurate, quick, strong throws.
Position players: Learn proper fielding techniques and throwing mechanics. Practice game situations for better game performance.
